1. Who we are
Ask Clarity is operated by Bridge Integrative Solutions("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Ask Clarity(the "Service"), including our website, dashboards, and integrations with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Dropbox.
Contact: onboarding@bridgeintegrative.com
2. Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide when you create an account (including via our identity provider).
Business profile. Business name, industry, goals, financial priorities, and other onboarding answers you choose to provide.
Financial data from QuickBooks Online or Xero. When you connect an accounting system, we receive read-only access to accounting data you authorize (for example P&L, balance sheet, AR aging, and related reports) so we can show KPIs, trends, reports, and AI insights in Ask Clarity. You may link only one accounting provider per account.
Google user data. If you connect Google, we access Google user data only as described in our Google API Disclosure and only after you grant consent. Depending on the features you enable, this may include Google Drive file metadata and content used to organize documents and extract deadlines, and Google Calendar event data used to sync deadline reminders you choose to create.
Dropbox data. If you connect Dropbox, we access files and folders you authorize for document organization features.
Usage and technical data. Device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.
Communications. Messages you send to support, feedback, and emails we send about the Service (including optional report or reminder emails).
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Sync and display financial metrics, reports, and planning tools
- Power AI features (for example Ask Clarity chat and KPI insights) using your business and bookkeeping context
- Organize documents, classify files into folder structures, extract deadline dates, and create calendar reminders you request
- Send transactional emails and optional product communications
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated AI model training sold to third parties. See the Google API Disclosure for Limited Use commitments.
4. AI processing
Some features send prompts and relevant context (for example KPI values, P&L summaries, or document text snippets) to third-party AI providers to generate responses. We configure these features to help you understand your business data. Do not submit information in chat that you are not comfortable processing for that purpose.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, database, authentication, email, AI inference, error monitoring), under contractual obligations to protect data
- Your advisors or agency when you are linked to an agency account that you or your advisor configures
- Legal / safety when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of personal information
We do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features of the Service, for security, or as required by law — consistent with Google's Limited Use requirements.
6. Data retention
We retain account and synced data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may disconnect integrations at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing onboarding@bridgeintegrative.com. We may retain limited records as required for legal, security, or accounting obligations.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential storage for OAuth tokens). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access or update account details in the Service or via your identity provider

10. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.
