These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ask Clarity, operated by Bridge Integrative Solutions("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Ask Clarity provides financial intelligence tools for small businesses, including dashboards, KPI tracking, planning tools, AI-assisted explanations of bookkeeping data, reporting, and optional document-organization features via Google Drive, Google Calendar, Dropbox, and similar integrations.

The Service is a planning and information tool. It is not a certified public accounting firm, tax advisor, broker, or legal advisor. Insights, valuations, tax-reserve estimates, and AI responses are educational and informational only — not formal advice. Consult qualified professionals for accounting, tax, legal, and investment decisions.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at onboarding@bridgeintegrative.com.

Paid plans, fees, and billing terms are presented at signup or in your billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

The Service integrates with third parties (including Intuit QuickBooks, Google, Dropbox, and authentication providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy from those systems, or changes to their APIs or policies.

You authorize us to access third-party data you connect solely to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect integrations in the Service. Google users can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or other users
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights
• Use Google user data obtained through the Service for any purpose other than the user-facing features we provide

You retain ownership of your business content and connected data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data as needed to operate the Service, including generating AI responses and reports you request.

The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by Bridge Integrative Solutions or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA FROM QUICKBOOKS OR OTHER INTEGRATIONS IS COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGE INTEGRATIVE SOLUTIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Integrative Solutions from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Courts in Hillsborough County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
